Vancouver Riot (If you know these people)

The suspected rioters that are depicted in the images on this website are people who are alleged to have committed criminal offences. These images were gleaned from many hours of video, including video submitted by the public.

We encourage you to carefully look at these images to see if you recognize someone you know. Once you submit your information, it will be followed up by IRIT investigators. They will locate these people, investigate them, arrest them, and forward the applicable criminal charges for charge approval.

Wow you should see some of the footage. Some of these "kids" should be thrown in jail. Why were they so stupid to do this and think they wouldn't get caught?

PLEASE view this link and if you know anyone on it, contact the Vancouver Police through the website. They just recently put this site up to catch those that haven't been charged yet. These people need to be taken off of the streets.

The launch of the new IRIT website and release of 250 new pictures has been highly successful, thanks to the media coverage. In just over 24 hours, 13,000 visitors have been on riot2011.vpd.ca, leading to more than 75 tips from the public.

“Even after the months that have passed, the public’s interest has not wavered,” says Integrated Riot Investigation Team Commander Inspector Les Yeo. “They share with us the commitment to see rioters held accountable for what rioters did on June 15th.”
