misclassified as an independant, should get ui?

Hi someone who's been misclassified as an independent, but should've been an employee, wants to get UI, and they should. How do they go about this?

Sure looks like it...gave him/her a 5 day hiatus...we'll see if that cures the problem

Some are simply from other countries and do not have a handle on our langauge. I hope to be patient with those
