    Hello Everyone..I am newbie Here and i would like to introduce my self.I am from Brisbane and i am looking some knowledge about how to become a Good
    insurance agent..Iam just currently hired for a work in one company.

    Welcome to the forum.

    You don't need advice on being good at this business Just do for your clients...a bit more than you would expect if you were on the receiving end. Strive to "overdeliver" and your reputation will grow very quickly

    I also know how to get the heart of the client so that i can make a deal and provide a good service with my company.

    As insurance agents are selling, one of the most important thing is to stuff the pipeline with prospects and excute meetings.

    Also, I would recommend to get some highly experienced agents to learn and show you different closing techniques.

    Not all closing lines, work equals and not all lines - bites on all personality types.


    Study human psychology and start closing with a mentor.

    Build a good relationship with your underwriters. Do not be scheming or a jerk.
