I work in Russian insurance company. We are developing new products for clients of a big Russian mobile operator. We intend to sell these products in point of sales of the operator. These products will be sold by the sales staff of the operator.
Because these sellers have only a few knowledge of insurance products, we have to develop very standardized products.
I would like to ask you about the experience of your markets, especially European markets. What types of insurance products are sold in the point of sales of mobile operators? Are these products stand alone? May be these products are integrated into the operators’ products, i.e. into tariff plans, etc.?
