Default How do you calculate the cost of your time?

I had a motorcycle wreck a month ago, the damage to my bike has been settled but the other loss I incurred is now being discussed. Due to my injuries I was unable to conduct my normal weekend activities. I have a desk job that I was able to resume after 4 days including a weekend. I got an opinion from a couple of the moderators on this board that I was due some compensation for this lost time. My question is how do I determine the cost of my time?

You know time management is important. You can get more done if you manage your time efficiently. But knowing you will be able to get more work done if you take charge of your time, may not be much of an incentive to make changes.

Default document it!

What you charge for your time is more likely to be approved if you can document the value. By proving you have actually sustained loss as a result of the incident the insurer will have a hard time disputing.

That's accounting, you mean depreciation? Well its pretty easy! Use the following formula
V = P(1-R)^

Hope it helps for you.
Good Luck
