I am looking for what the agent would like to see in a lead company. Please say your thought and also thoughts on what you hate about a lead company. I am a marketing director for a marketing company and would love some ideas

I am from the mortgage industry in California. I did well, retail for about 15 years, and better in wholesale mortgage in the last several years ending in 2007.

Near the beginning of the end of 2007, many mortgage broker clients were seeking ways to keep their loan officers and maintain previous business production.

A mortgage broker client, contracted with a lead generation firm as a partner.
The lead generation firm shared revenue from production in exchange for a reduced rate for "a" quality exclusive leads. This joint venture partnership seemed to work well as the broker was able to provide quality exclusive leads for loan officers and the lead generation firm was able to make up revenue without having to sell the same lead to multiple clients in order to max their profit.
